Q. What do you charge for delivery and how long does this take?

A. We base our delivery charges on weight click here to see our rates.

Q. Do I need a Paypal account to place an order?

A. No. If you choose Paypal as the payment option you will be taken through to the Paypal site and once there you can enter your credit or debit card details on the left hand site.

Q. Am I able to collect my order and are there any delivery charges?

A. Yes, you can come and collect and there are no delivery charges for collection. Simply choose store pick up when you are at the checkout.

Q. Is Paypal a safe payment method?

A. Yes. The Paypal site is secure and you are at no risk by entering your credit or debit card details.

Q. Why are freezer baits sent by courier?

A. Because if they were sent by parcel post (3-5 days for delivery) they would defrost and the bait wouldn't reach you in good condition.

Q. You don't sell my favourite product, can you get it for me?

A. Let us know what you would like us to stock and we will do our best to get it for you.

Q. I'm a bait or related products manufacturer and would like you to stock my product, how do I add my products to your site?

A. If you would like us to sell your products please get in touch.

Q. I can by these products cheaper elsewhere, why should I buy them from you?

A. We like to think that our service is better, delivery is quick and regular customers will receive money off vouchers.
