Every carp angler should keep some of these in his rucksack for those times when carp surprise you and start feeding from the surface. We have all seen them do this, even in cold conditions, and we end up wishing we had some floaters with us. These are a rubbery biscuit floater that are soft enough to pierce with a hook yet hard enough to withstand a really good cast. They are also suitable to keep out in the water for several hours so there is no need to recast all the time, risking spooking fish. Ideal for specimen carp, match carp, chub and even rudd fishing.
