• 8mm high density foam is comfortable and offers supreme insulation in cold conditions. In warmer weather simply remove again.
  
• One size fits all! Simply cut to the right size using the guide marks provided and insert into position. Sizes range from UK 6 to 12 (Europe 39 - 47).
  
• 2 types: Standard for narrow fitting trainers (sneakers) or Big Foot for larger/wider boots.
